Born from 10 years inside the trenches
InfinityTech didn't start as a startup pitch. It started from frustration. After a decade of building software and running QA for enterprises — including large-scale Sony-affiliated systems, fintech platforms handling millions of transactions, and e-commerce apps serving global markets — our founder Nader saw the same problem everywhere:
Companies waste months juggling separate tools for development, testing, hiring, and training — and none of them talk to each other.
So we built InfinityTech: one unified platform where a company can hire an engineer (AI-matched against their stack and seniority), manage a freelance project (with milestone-based approvals and a dedicated PM), get their product QA-tested (with automated regression suites), and train their team (with certified programs led by real engineers) — all from a single dashboard, with a single billing system, with AI that learns from every interaction.

The Idea
After 10+ years building software and QA systems for enterprises, Nader saw the gap: no single platform connected development, testing, hiring and training. InfinityTech was born.
Platform Launch
First version shipped — job board, freelance marketplace, billing system, company and talent dashboards, all built from scratch with Next.js, Express, MongoDB.
AI Matching Engine
Launched the 3-layer AI matching system (NLP parser, weighted scoring, continuous learning). Match accuracy hit 94.3% within the first 90 days.
AI Recruitment Agent
Deployed the AI agent for automated CV screening, technical assessment generation, and structured interview scorecards. Clients reported 3× faster shortlisting.
InfinityTech Academy
