1. Introduction

InfinityTech Solutions ("we", "our", "us") takes privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform — Talents, Companies, Trainers, and Admins — and complements our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone number, password (stored as a one-way hash), profile information (skills, experience, education, certifications, hourly rate, portfolio links), uploaded documents (CVs, project files), job postings, proposals, applications, messages, meeting details, and content you generate using AI features.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, language, time zone, pages visited, actions taken, error logs, and authenticated session data. We use cookies and equivalent technologies for authentication and analytics.

AI Assistant interactions: every chat message you send to the AI Assistant is logged with your user ID, message content (truncated), the AI's reply, and (where applicable) the safety category that caused a refusal. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used to improve safety and diagnose issues. Refused messages flagged as security-policy violations are visible to admins for moderation purposes.

Financial data: invoice amounts, payment confirmations, ITT balance and transactions. We do NOT store full credit-card numbers; payment-card details are handled by our payment processors.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • operate the Platform — match Talents to opportunities, route messages, schedule meetings, generate invoices;
  • power AI features — match scoring, AI Assistant, Career Coach, Application Studio, Auto-Apply, Project Copilot;
  • send transactional notifications (email + in-app) — application updates, payment confirmations, dispute updates, security alerts;
  • protect the Platform — detect fraud, prevent abuse, enforce the Terms of Service;
  • improve our services — aggregate analytics, debug issues, train and tune models on platform-internal data only (not on raw user content unless you opt in);
  • comply with legal obligations — tax reporting, law-enforcement requests with valid legal basis.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases: (a) contract performance — to provide the services you signed up for; (b) legitimate interests — fraud prevention, platform safety, internal analytics; (c) consent — for optional marketing emails or analytics cookies (revocable at any time); (d) legal obligation — tax records, court orders, regulatory requests.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to operate the Platform:

  • Other users — your public profile, applications, and proposals are visible to the relevant counterparty (e.g. a company you applied to);
  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing — bound by data-processing agreements;
  • Law enforcement — when compelled by valid legal process;
  • Successor entity — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with continued protection under this Policy.

6. AI Features & Privacy Boundaries

The AI Assistant has access only to your own account data. It cannot retrieve another user's private profile, messages, or financial information. Safety filters block attempts to extract data belonging to other users; such attempts are logged and may result in account suspension as described in the Terms of Service.

AI Assistant runs primarily on a self-hosted model. When the self-hosted model is unavailable, the request may be routed to a fallback provider; in that case the message content (with personal identifiers removed where possible) is processed by the fallback provider strictly to generate the reply.

7. Data Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS for data in transit, bcrypt-hashed passwords, short-lived JWT access tokens, two-factor authentication (optional but strongly recommended), role-based access controls, audit logs for sensitive admin actions, and regular security reviews.

No security control is perfect. If we detect a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes required by law.

8. Data Retention

  • account data — for as long as your account is active;
  • deleted accounts — soft-deleted for 30 days (recoverable), then permanently erased except where law requires retention;
  • AI Assistant logs — up to 30 days;
  • audit logs & financial records — up to 7 years for tax / compliance;
  • backups — up to 90 days on a rolling basis.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention); export your data in a machine-readable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent for marketing or analytics cookies; lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. 10. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and session integrity (cannot be disabled while you use the Platform), and optional analytics cookies. You can control optional cookies through your browser settings or our cookie banner.

11. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence (including in the European Economic Area). We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required by law.

12. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
