Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on InfinityTech Solutions ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

The Platform provides: a four-role professional environment (Talent, Company, Trainer, Admin); an AI-powered job and freelance marketplace; a training academy with cohorts, exams, and certifications; in-platform messaging and meeting scheduling; an ITT in-platform credit / token system; and AI-assisted productivity features (AI Assistant, Career Coach, Application Studio, Match Scoring, Auto-Apply, Project Copilot). Available features depend on your subscription tier.

3. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • impersonate another person, fabricate qualifications, or post fraudulent jobs / proposals;
  • harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other users;
  • circumvent the Platform's payment, dispute, or escrow systems by moving discussions or payments off-platform;
  • scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data or other users' profiles;
  • upload malware, exploit security vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
  • use bots, automation, or fake accounts to inflate ratings, reviews, or marketplace activity.

5. AI Assistant & AI Features — Use Policy

The AI Assistant and AI features are provided to help you use the Platform. You agree NOT to:

  • attempt to extract data belonging to other users (private profiles, messages, financials, contact details);
  • probe for the Platform's internal architecture, security mechanics, API paths, environment variables, model schemas, or admin runbook content;
  • attempt prompt-injection, jailbreaks, or instructions intended to override the assistant's safety rules;
  • use AI output to generate misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.

The AI Assistant logs every refused question. Repeated security-flagged refusals are treated as a Terms-of-Service violation. The Platform will warn you in chat after a small number of violations and may automatically deactivate your account if violations continue. Off-topic or low-quality questions do NOT count toward this limit — only attempts to extract private or platform-internal information do.

6. User Content & Licence

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, proposals, job postings, messages, documents). By submitting content, you grant InfinityTech Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process it strictly to operate the Platform. You represent that you have the right to share what you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

7. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Platform offers three tiers — Core (free), Prime, and Infinity — each with different feature limits. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel or downgrade at any time; the new tier takes effect at the next renewal. We reserve the right to adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice; you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Failed payments may result in a temporary downgrade to the Core plan until billing succeeds.

8. ITT Credits

ITT (InfinityTech Token) is the Platform's internal credit unit. ITT is granted on signup, may be earned through Platform actions, and may be spent on Platform features. ITT is non-transferable to third parties, has no legal-tender status, and is not redeemable for fiat currency outside the Platform. Admins may mint, burn, or adjust balances for legitimate operational reasons (e.g. correcting an error, refunding a dispute outcome). Every adjustment is recorded in an audit log.

9. Marketplace, Escrow & Disputes

Freelance projects use a milestone-based escrow model. Funds held against a milestone are released to the Talent only after the Company approves the deliverable. If the parties disagree, either party may open a dispute. The Platform's admin team mediates disputes based on the work submitted, communication history, and contract terms. The admin's decision is final within the Platform.

The Platform charges a commission on completed marketplace transactions. The exact rate is shown on each project page before acceptance.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, including but not limited to: fraud, harassment, repeated AI-policy violations, payment fraud, or activity that endangers other users or the Platform. We may also remove specific content that violates these terms.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is soft for 30 days — your account is hidden but recoverable through the public restore form. After 30 days the deletion becomes permanent and your data is erased except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax records).

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will be hired, sell a service, complete a course, or earn any specific outcome from using the Platform. AI features can produce inaccurate or incomplete output — verify any AI-generated content before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes between you and InfinityTech Solutions shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
